NYS Branch is recommending that all Postmasters initiate a PS 150 (Work Service Credit) in order to verify office level.  Go to USPS Bluepage Click on Human Resources then click on the tab Employee Resources then click on "Organizational Design and Management Requirements " then Click on SWC/WSC then click on WSC Instructions read carefully if you have questions please contact us. Then click on the WSC calculations following directions and you can do this online and print out the results . The Revenue Unit for FY'08 is $336.10. Divide your total Revenue for FY '08 by this number the result is the number you use on the PS 150.

Also please report via this feedback page any OIC  assignments in vacant offices longer than four months and the office has not been posted for bid. In addition please report any OIC position being held by a craft position in lieu of a lower level Postmaster.
